Returns + Exchanges Policy 

Not loving what you ordered? After an exchange or refund? No worries! all full price orders are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

We offer a 7 day return policy for full price items, with a refund or exchange available. All returns have to be unused, in resalable condition and in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Unfortunately sale items and gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned. Returns (excluding product exchanges) are subject to a service fee of $10 that will be subtracted from your refund.



Exchanges

We happily exchange items for different sizes or prints, provided they are available. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your product if you’ve ordered the wrong size.

If we don't have your size available, firstly we'll see if we have an alternative style or colour in stock, and if not you'll be issued with a store credit or refund.

If merchandise has been heavily worn, dirtied, washed or altered it will not be accepted. All product exchanges are free (excluding shipping charges)



Our Returns + Exchanges process

• Visit our returns centre here.

• Enter your order number and email address to start.

• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
• Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a shipping label.

• Package up your product how it was originally shipped and put the label on top of the package.

• Leave package in designated collection location for next business day collection. If the collection is unsuccessful, the collection will be re-tried the following day. If the collection is unsuccessful twice, shipping charges will be incurred to you.

• ALL PRODUCT EXCHANGES ARE FREE (excluding shipping charges)
• ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A $10 PROCESSING FEE



Damages

Oops, We're so sorry about this and will work with you to fix it. We pride ourselves on the highest quality products and thorough quality control, but if one happens to slip through and the product you purchase is faulty, please email us within 7 days of the delivered date and we will sort it out with you as soon as possible



Funds Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. Please note that all returns for refund or store credit (excluding product exchanges) are subject to a flat service fee of $10 that will be subtracted from your refund.
