Returns and Exchanges

After an exchange or refund? no worries! All full price orders are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. We happily exchange items for different sizes or prints, provided it is available.

Products must be:

  • Unworn and tags still attached.
  • Un-scented
  • In the original packaging
  • Sorry, sale items are unable to be refunded or exchanged.
  • Sorry, Underwear is unable to be refunded or exchanged.

Please complete the form below to apply for an exchange or return. Please include:

  1. Order number
  2. Your name
  3. The date your order was received
  4. The item you would like to return or exchange
  5. If exchanging, the item you would like to exchange for

PLEASE WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR EXCHANGE OR RETURN IS APPROVED BEFORE SENDING. We will return email with a provided address to post your exchange or return to. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Once your return is received, we'll email to notify you that we have received your returned item, your item will be checked and your exchange or refund approved.

If you have requested an exchange, we will cover the cost of the exchange being shipped to you.
